On May 12, 2008, Village Roadshow Limited (VRL) officially acquired Hawaiian Waters Adventure Park from its previous owner, The Waters of Kapolei, LLC in a $27 million business acquisition. Based in Melbourne, Australia, and with operations across multiple countries. We are now known as Village Roadshow Theme Parks USA, Inc. dba Hawaiian Waters Adventure Park. Village Roadshow is a leading international entertainment and media company with its core businesses of Theme Parks, Movie Production, Film Distribution, Cinema and Radio.
